If you're interested in a career as a consultant with MCSI, read on. We're always looking for people who would be a good fit with MCSI's culture and vision. But we're not looking for just anybody. As you can tell, MCSI is beyond ordinary – there's nothing normal about us. We have a lot of fun with our clients but we're also excellent at what we do, and that's sharing our vast knowledge of project management with clients who have very specific challenges. In addition to a bachelor's degree (or higher), professional experience in more than one field and excellent writing and communication skills, our consultants must possess the following traits:
  • knowledge and experience with Primavera P5 and P6
  • understanding of scheduling
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • a “can do” approach to challenges
  • self-starter
  • independent thinking
  • team player
  • sense of humor
