We analyze every aspect of your business before we begin so that our training, consulting recommendations and software solutions are specific to what's happening in your environment. Cutting edge stuff? Of course not. But, like you, we're not trying to stick a square peg in a round hole. MCSI Services can be broken into the following four areas:

• Consulting - We'll visit your business, review the "hows" and the "whys" of your project management systems and then lay out a game plan for improving your processes and creating efficiencies. We listen to YOU first! It could be as simple as improving the lines of communication, or it could be as complex as upgrading/purchasing software or making drastic changes in the chain of command.

• Training - With our project management training, the results speak for themselves. We'll use your projects, your software and your processes to train your people on improving your project management. We don't believe in training you on processes or systems that aren't applicable to your situation.

• Software Implementation - In the project management world, software implementation is always the final piece of the puzzle. New software is not a cure-all. We analyze all the other components of your project management system before recommending software upgrades. In most cases, we recommend Primavera software, which is the industry's workhorse. It's easy to use, has many functional features and provides all the tools that streamline the project management process.

• MCSI Service Station - We'll throw your project up on the hoist to analyze your processes and systems. We have a short four-hour project version and a more thorough version that takes one to three days. Either way, we run your project through our list of indicators and leave you with our findings.
